Choosing the right treatment can be a challenge and finding a therapist with whom you can form a good working relationship is the first, important step.

If you are considering therapy but you are not yet certain, I offer a free 20 minute enquiry call (via telephone) so that we can briefly discuss your presenting concerns and I can answer any questions you may have concerning my approach to therapy.

Once we start working together, our initial consultations will be devoted to exploring your current concerns in depth, as well as an enquiry into your background.

After these initial assessment sessions, I will make a proposal as to how we might continue our work together and establish which type of therapy I think would be best suited to your needs.

We will also discuss the frequency of our sessions, payment and fees, cancellation policy and breaks in therapy before we get started.

I see adults and adolescents for individual therapy. Sessions last 50 minutes and are ideally on a weekly basis. I do also offer online therapy (via encrypted video call) for clients outside of the Paris Metropole.

Some of the areas that I have experience with include:

  • Loss & Bereavement

  • Adjustment Difficulties

  • Personal Growth

  • Stress & Burnout

  • Executive Counselling & Workplace Therapy

  • Expatriate/Immigration Adjustment

  • Anxiety

  • Depression (including post-partum)

  • Anger Management

  • Low Self-Esteem

  • Personality Problems

Couple therapy can be intimidating and many couples wait until they are in trouble before seeking help. • Separation & Divorce

  • Infidelity

  • Financial Problems

  • Parenting consultations

  • Pre-marital counselling

I run two different therapy groups. Located in the 15th arrondissement (Metro: Vaugirard (12)

  1. An open-ended psychodynamic group with the goal of personal growth. This kind of therapy group allows people to receive the support and of the other members and- by interacting with other people and receiving feedback from the group, and the therapist- members can gain a greater understanding of themselves. The group size varies from around six to nine people.

  2. A 6-week long Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) group where members learn and practice emotional regulation skills and mindfulness. This group is helpful for people struggling with depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, substance use, frequent interpersonal conflicts and/or personality problems, as a supplement to individual therapy.

The sessions take place weekly, in the evening and are conducted in English.
